It isn't too late to call your doctor and ask WHY this is happening. If you are scared, you can refuse an induction. Do you even know that early inductions have a greater chance of resulting in a C-section? It sounded like you don't fully understand things, and you have to be your own advocate. You have to know what is going on and why it is going on. Soon you'll be the advocate for your child. You have to do your research and understand why medical professionals are making the decisions that they are making for your child. That is a parental responsibility you'll have very soon.
