3rd Trimester

Slept last night for the first time in forever!

I feel like a new woman today!  Here are a few things I changed for those of you who are also having trouble:

1.  I moved to the spare room - the matress is softer, and I could toss and turn all I wanted without feeling badly for keeping DH awake.

2.  I turned the air conditioner on (and I live in Canada!), so it was nice and cool in the room

3.  I put a humidifier beside my bed. 

4.  I put a pillow on either side of me, so when I flipped from side to side, I didn't have to lug my pillow with me.  I was surrounded, and it was fantastic!

5.  For some reason (I still don't know why), I only got up to pee once.  Bliss!
