Cramping and low back pain ?

Had a long car ride today, stuck in the car for about 2 hours one way then 2 hours back home. Got home and laid down to go to sleep and started cramping and had low back pain that is different from anything I've felt before... Fell asleep and woke up around 2am with the cramping and low back pain... been sitting up and the cramping has almost gone away but my low back pain is still just as bad. Any advice? Think it could be from the car ride or is this something I should call L&D about? *I saw by OB today and my urine came back looking like I have a UTI as well so they did some blood work and urine culture*
