Diaper bag recommendations

I had 2 different diaper bags for DD... and I disliked both.  One was from Carters the other a more expensive brand, but it was just not for me.  I can't find anything I seem to like.  It's more about functionality and fitting everything I need rather than looks.. but both would be nice.  Can you post what you have? 

Also if I did stick with my carters bag its black and pink you think its a big deal that I am having a boy this time?
