Birthing Classes - those that have done them before

I guess it's about that time to start looking into these and sign up. I have read the summaries given here on TheBump and I sort of gravitate towards Alexander. I will have no qualms about asking for pain meds, which made me think Bradley was crossed off, but from what I read on a board that may not be the case. Anyone have any first-hand experiences with these classes and how they have helped/not helped?
