Has anyone ever gotten the free nursing cover,baby sling, from... freeslings.com

I saw a post on here for ( FreeSlings.com ) and just wondered if anyone ever gotten any of their products? I was going to get the nursing cover and it wanted me to pay shipping (like $12 bucks)so I wasn't sure if it was worth getting? Any feedback would be good... the similar cover at "babies r us" is like $44 bucks.
