headache help?

these pregnancy headaches hurt and i am trying to not pop tyenol, although it is safe for the baby.. any suggestions of what to do? I feel like its from tension because my neck and shoulders are hurting. ive done ice, lavendar, hot compresses and self massage. i was up all night and it seemed to have gone away with a tyenol..now its coming back..
