Back hurts and I can't sleep

This is going to be a looooong four months! With Jack I never had any pain (except at the end). I also gained 50 lbs. with him, no weight gain from this one, yet. I'm not showing much so I wonder if she is hanging out closer to my back, that's why it hurts so much!
