2nd Trimester

Any ideas on cause of pain?

I have a pain on my front right side above my hip with a matching pain in the same area on my back. I am now 24 weeks along and I am not sure if this is normal. I did call my doctor a few hours ago but I have not heard back yet. Any thoughts are appreciated!
