Graco Lauren Crib (White)-faulty?

Hi- has anyone bought or used this crib previously?  We just got ours in today (!!) but upon opening it discovered how cheaply made it is/looks.  There were chips and cracks in the wood, spots where paint was missing, and the places where the nails were put in were showing through the paint on the inside of the crib.  Just wondering if anyone has had this problem before with this crib or if yours is wonderful and we should just exchange it for another Lauren?  Thanks!
