tender abdomen?

I'm 14 weeks with my second pregnancy and I keep getting this come and go feeling of having a tender/sore lower abdomen. And by come and go I mean it's here one day and gone the next. I woke up feeling so sore today. It'll probably last the entire day.  Do you think it's just the uterus growing? Its just this nagging tender feeling.
