I noticed in the shower the other day some kind of crusty stuff on my nipple. (not sure how to describe it) So i brushed it off and noticed almost like a hole in the top. Is this normal like for breastfeeding and what not? Because it was only on one. Sorry if tmi but it kind of freaked me out and I'm kind of new to all this!
