Hemorrhoids--Help!!!

Ah, 21 weeks almost and this week I got the nasty lil buggers! Sooo painful!!  I bought some prep H cream, and have been using it but it's not really all that relieving.  Sometimes I think they're going away and then the next hour i'm in such pain.  I don't know what to do!!!  I bought some Anusol suppositories..but can't find anything that says it's safe to use during pregnancy...and since they are supposed to be the same formula as cream...is it really going to make any difference.  I got some witch hazel, and some stool softener, epsom salts and take warm baths--is there anything else that anyone has tried that they've had success with?!  I still have a long ways to go and really want this cleared up ASAP.  All the things I read about it say it will usually go away after baby is born...but that is so far away!!!
