almost 20 weeks- still morning sickness

OMg Im at work right now- and dying to go home.  (I went home yesterday as my son was having a melt down and the school had called me) so I feel bad leaving- but Im dry heaving and someone just came in stinky and smelling liek smoke.  its so hot in the office- and I have had the worst mirgarine since I got up.  i feel so sick.. will I ever get better.. Im almost 20 weeks OMG I have never felt like this ever
