When is the best time to start your registry?

Hello All - 

TGIF:) Just wondered when most people start their registry? Do most do it in one shot or take a few trips to the store? I remember hubby and I trying to do everything in one day with our wedding registry and we both ended up in bad moods by the end of the shopping trip! I also have felt so crappy for most of this pregnancy (between constant nausea, heart burn and extreme fatigue) that I wanted to wait awhile so I can enjoy the experience...just wondered when everyone out there is planning on registering?? Thanks!
