Im sure this is asked all the time-
Im not supposed to feel 5 kicks an hour no matter what Im doing right? when is the baby supposed to sleep?
How I understand them is I lay down and get to 10 movements. I got like 7 in 10 minutes so I called it good.
So what if I lay down, and he doesnt feel like moving? If hes sleeping hell move if I push on him but then stops. Am I supposed to run to l&d?
It seemed so easy when my ob told me to do it but now that Ive tried Im confused. TIA
