I've been having a hard time with it lately, literally... Hahaha
Any who, I don't go often now-a-days and when I do its like rocks. I thought of taking gummy fiber supplements but am afraid its only going to make the process happen more quickly but not more gently. I was also considering a stool softener but then think i might have the problem of soft but not often. They do not make a fiber softener (because that'd be perfect!) Do any of you take anything to help you? Any recommendations?
