So this isn't about smoking. But I'm curious about those that said they were addicted to things with caffeine and quit for the baby altogether.
I mean, I've heard a lot of caffeine is bad, but maybe I am missing some info. but I thought a coke or two isn't a big deal. Am I wrong? I'm not a huge caffeine person but I haven't cut out the low portions I've been consuming. But after reading all that stuff... now I'm rethinking stuff.
Is there some new study I didn't know about that all caffeine is bad for the baby? Today I felt like such a slug so I made a cup of coffee...
Opinions and facts (research) welcome!
Edit: Who is still consuming caffeine and how much?
