Asked not to come back to work?

I'm 20 weeks pregnant, and  have worked for the past 4 years as a waitress from April-Oct.

With the job coming up again, my manager has said that I'm not able to work as I'll be leaving in July.  I understand that they need people to commit to an entire season, but up until July I am completely capable of performing my job, and I count on this money every summer.

I like working for the company, and hope to go back next summer as well, is this worth the fight? I feel like I could do without the money, but I'm so mad that I want to fight it just on principle alone!

What would you all do?
