Some ketones in urine?

Anyone have this? Said I should drink more water, can come from being dehydrated. My sample was given this morning and of course I hadn't had a lot of water before this. I drink a lot during the day. I looked online and it said something about not eating enough can cause it too? I havent been eating like a cow, but I haven't been starving?! I go again Friday for my regular appt, so we'll see what he says more..???
