2nd+ Moms: Happiest Baby on the Block Class?

I am currently reading the Happiest Baby on the Block book, and just received an e-mail that my hospital is offering a 2.5 hour class based on the same principles. It's $30 and includes the DVD and CD as well. Do you think this would be worthwhile? Or do you think I'll be prepared to use these methods just from reading the book?
