Stressing out...

Last year I went to the dermatologist to just get my skin checked out. I have a lot of moles. They checked me from head to toe but missed the one under my right breast and the one on my left quad. I am going in next Thursday for a yearly follow-up on the 2 that they removed last year (both not cancerous). I think I want him to look at the other two that are freaking me out. They look the same to me over the years but because I am pregnant and my grandpa just passed away from melanoma cancer at 90 years old, I am extra paranoid. Can they remove them if I am pregnant?
