changing table/nursery creative/bargain question

I am trying to bargain for this nursery. I saw cute ideas on Pinterest and was curious to get some advice from here. I have seen people buy a dresser and use that as changing table so its useful for more than one thing. Then I came across this photo and would love to do this for baby room, but was unsure if its sturdy enough. What do you think? Any suggestions?
