Ameda purely yours or Medela?

Recently my friend told me about Ameda Purely Yours and Purely yours Ultra breast pumps. There is a bit of a price difference in the 2 and i'm wondering how it compares to Medela pumps since they are so popular. This will be my 1st electric pump purchase, so I just wanted to hear some opinions on it. I've read great reviews for both. The thing I like about Ameda is the closed system and the price. TIA for your suggestions/opinions.
