Is anyone else experiencing this? I am 32 weeks and it is just now starting for me. OUCH. Thankfully, I only get it about 3 times a day and it only lasts a second or two but it really "shocks" me when it happens! Can I expect this to get worse or more frequent or prolonged? Is there anything you can do to help it?
