Headache

Although I haven't had high blood pressure I've had an increase in weight gain and swelling the last few weeks - it seems to get worse every appointment. My OB said to watch for headaches. I haven't had a single one except woke up about an hour ago with a headache so bad I barely could get to the medicine cabinet for tylenol.I do feel like the Tylenol helped with the pain although I still feel really weird. I would only need to call the on-call doc if the Tylenol didn't help, right? I was researching pre-ecclampsia headaches...
