quick labor second time round?

we were induced with the first labor... after the cervadil, when labor started it lasted only 4 hours (extremely painful because we went from zero dilation to delivery in that time)   we are being induced again, still at zero again

 do any other moms have experience in this area:  if first labor went quickly is it pretty much a given that the second will also be a quick labor?
