Eye problems?

Not sure if this is the best board for this question, but I am currently 19 weeks and over the last couple of weeks my eyes have become VERY sore - almost as if I have forced myself to stay awake for days. I've noticed they will get sore if I go into stores with a lot of things to look at (like craft stores) or at night the lights on the road bother me. I asked my doctor and she said she didn't know what this was and that it wasn't a common complaint. I've never had contacts or glasses - just sunglasses since its bright in Texas. I don't have problems with my vision changing either, just very sensitive and aching eyes.
