MA Joint custody

Hi ladies,

 Needed to make some changes and repost..

so my x never wanted to pay cs and he and his gf have figured out the way around paying is to have joint custody. i dont htink this is good for my son for a multitude of reasons, including the home situation, lifestyle differences, smoking, etc. i know this is al happening  per her request.

everything that has been taken infront of the  judge has gone in his favor bc he lies, exagerrates, adn makes himself to be the victim. i want what is best for my son, adn i really dont think this is it. i think much more long term than bd does, and i know, as the snake in the grass that he is, that there is more up his and her sleeve. 

 does anyone else have joint custody? and if so, how did the cs change?
