Anyone else develop carpal tunnel syndrome?? (23 weeks)

Im almost 24 weeks and have developed a bad case of carpal tunnel syndrome. It hurts so bad I can hardly sleep at night. I had no idea this was a normal symptom of pregnancy until my friend who is preggo and 4 weeks ahead of me told me she got it too. Anyone else experiencing this? Any advice? Sad
