This is the kind of thing I get to deal with at work while trying to handle everything else going on!  I have a service tech that was just at a customer's location for a repair and I get this phone call:  "yeah your tech is here working on my machine, but he is on the phone with Walmart while he is working on it." This is a new customer mind you that we are seeing for the first time. 

I think this one has to go down on my all time list of boneheaded things people have done while on the job.
