Really need advice

I have been having really bad headaches, and my OB gave me Fioricet. I've only had to take it a few times. I know a lot of you have taken it as well and everything I have looked at says it's basically a stronger Tylenol. My OB said the same thing. Well, I had to take it twice today to get any relief. My RX is written where I can take 2 every 4 hours, but I never take that much. Anyway, my point is I have not felt the baby much at all today. Fioricet makes me sleepy could it be making her sleepy too? Usually she is VERY active. Thanks for the advice.
