question about baby moving... or not moving

Do you all feel your baby move already?  I can only feel small little movements sometimes but not on a regular basis.  With my last child I think by this time I could feel her moving like crazy but this baby seems to be very lazy.  does anyone else experience the same thing?  sometimes it worries me that I cannot feel.  FYI- I am 21 weeks pregnant and according to the books I should be feeling by now.
