gallbladder infection/issues

Has anyone expereinced gallbladder issues while pregnant and if so what were your symptoms? How did you find out? How did they fix it? I've been experiencing on and off discomfort under my right breast. It's not a very sharp pain, it sort of feels like a pulled muscle. Also, my white blood cell count is very slightly elevated but I heard that is common with pregnancy. I had blood work done and all bloodwork for my liver and gallbladder is within normal range. I'm going to get an ultrasound tomorrow to check further.
