Still really fatiqued?

I had one or two weeks where I almost felt normal again but now I feel like a zombie. I am so tired all day, I literally go to the bathroom at work just to close my eyes for a few minutes. I didn't have fatigue into the second tri with either of my two pregnancies. Anyone else in zombie land? I go to the doc friday so I will bring it up.
