Blood Pressure

My blood pressure is usually normal but sometimes my chest will get splochy and when I take my BP it will be anywhere from 150/90 to 160/100... When do I need to start worry about it? I got to the doc tomorrow and I am going to talk to her about it, but I am just worried... Thanks
