Bacteria HPF - FEW

I went in for some blood and urine analysis last night and my Bacteria HPF (I believe is taken from my urine) has a result of "FEW". Has anyone else gotten this? Does this mean I have a UTI or something? I heard back from my nurse and she said all my blood and urine tests look normal but she's going to have the doctor take a second look. Has anyone else gotten this result and if so, what was it?
