High Blood Pressure anyone?

I went to the doctor yesterday to get an ultrasound to see how the baby is measuring. I'm 32 weeks, and our little girl weighs 4lbs. and 2oz., and is in the 56 percentile. 

But my lower blood pressure number was high. I'm normally in the 120's for top and 70's for bottom. But yesterday it was 90 for the bottom. My doctor said it was higher than what I normally am, and a little higher that what I should be at 32 weeks.

So they hooked me up to a fetal doppler machine to monitor the baby. The baby was fine, and I was having contractions that I didn't even feel! Like every 2 to 3 minutes! WEIRD!!

Now I have to collect my urine for 24 hrs, then have blood work and a stress test done. Should I be worried? I have no clue what's going on, and my doctor didn't tell me anything (I guess not to stress me out more)
