Anyone else experience this?

I am just at 13 weeks and I have been feeling soreness and aches in my stomach area and chest.  It is nothing really painful, but its there.  I was wondering if anyone else experienced something like this around 13 weeks.  I am thinking it is just my body getting ready for the baby to move up and my muscles (especially in my chest since my breasts have been getting bigger), but I just wanted to check before I called the doctor's office.
