Z-pak during pregnancy?

Has anyone been prescribed Z-pak for a sinus infection during pregnancy? I am pretty sure that I have yet another sinus infection and have been previously prescribed a wide variety of antibiotics for the others I've had throughout pregnancy. The last time they gave me Z-pak it seemed to work the best, but now I am reading some places that it is not safe...yet other places say it is a category B, which is considered safe. Any thoughts? TIA!
