a very BBBBBFP! but scared...

hello ladies,

finally after trying i've got my BFP and it was very dark.

 this month i've been treated by clomid (cd2 till cd6 ) , ovestin(estradiol) (cd7 till cd15) and utrogestan(progesterone) (cd16 till cd25).

on cd12 i went to my doctor and she find that i have one hug follicle about 35mm. so she adviced me to continue ttc bcz she was not sure if it was a follicle or a cyst. 

on cd13 i had a positive opk.i had a pregnancy test on cd27 and i got a negative. and today is the fourth day that i missed my period i tested in the morning and i had a very BFP!!! 

so could this be a real positive or a false positive due to medications? because i begin to have the symptons of pregnancy, i'm so scared to go to my doc. because last time i had a miscarriage so i think it is to early to be monitored.
