Need as many ladies advice remove/ stay cerclage ?

During my doc visit today, the doc asked me if I wanted to keep my cerclage in that was placed at 17 weeks due to incompetent cervix. I told him, wouldn't that mean I have to have a c section? He said yes. So here is the deal. I like the idea of knowing when I will deliver, being that I'm military and away from all family. They can get tickets now. I have been on bed rest since the surgery and not able to get in the tub or intercourse. Leaving the cerclage in "he said" would allow me to get pregnant again and not have to go through the procedure again. So if I can't have sex now with the cerclage, what good is it to keep it in? Although, I haven't asked to have sex since the surgery. Ladies if you were in my situation, would you opt to have a c section or remove the cerclage and try natural? This cerclage has worked wonders for me! Pleaseeeee advise
