sharp pains!! Help!

last night around 11pm I was laying on my left side trying to fall asleep. Out of nowhere I felt this intense, sharp, stabbing pain on my right side of lower abdominal. I tried switching positions & found no relief. It felt like the pain when you sneeze- except constant with no relief. Luckily the baby was kicking on the left, and the pain was on the right, so I wasn't worried about the baby. I found that if I laid on my back the pain wasn't as severe as on my sides, so I stayed on my back, but every breath in hurt like hell. The pain lasted all through the night till 9am this morning!! 10 freakin hours! Any slight movement during the night & it went from painful to severe pain. then at 9am, poof it was completely gone. 

Has anyone experienced this?
