Apparently he wants to party all the time AND see his daught even though he hasn't tried since January. He has an attorney now and answered my response to his petition of course denying everything. He is asking to set up a temporary order for visitation. So I guess there will be a hearing soon. I am trying so hard to get evidence of everything but it's hard! Will they drug test at this hearing if we ask/accuse him? I know he needs to see her before a final judging but how much time are we talking?! Will it be supervised because o the things we are presenting? I don't understand how this will be different then court if all this stuff has to come up it might as well be ou final judgement. I'm praying he doesn't get over nights. I'm a nervous wreck now!
