Swaddle and SleepSack Question...

For the sake of my registry, I'm wondering--how long do you swaddle? The swaddle blankets come in small, medium and large and I'm not sure if I should space them out...

Same with the sleepsacks...any ideas? What about fleece vs. cotton? TIA!
