Is 99% typical?

We had our A/S today and of course when we got to the part where we could find out the sex the baby wasn't cooperating.  It's legs were crossed so the tech poked a little and the legs moved but then the umbilical cord was in the way.  She said she was 99% sure it was a boy but is that typical?  Do I plan for a boy or is there still a chance it could be a girl.  I was hoping I could see if for myself to confirm but it was really hard to see to the untrained eye. This was our only shot since we won't have another ultrasound but without the 100% confirmation I feel like we need to be team green.  I so wasn't expecting to be this conflicted.  I thought it would be 100% or team green, not somewhere in the middle.
