Contractions are making my belly sore!

I have been having contractions about 5 minutes apart since about 3:30 Sunday morning, and they are just not letting up. Unfortunately, they are strong but just not quite strong enough to change my cervix. I was at L&D yesterday morning for a while but there was no change so they sent me home. At this point it has been going on so long that my belly feels like an overworked muscle. I have tried to get the contractions to stop, and I have tried to make them stronger. Nothing works. Nothing seems to work for the pain either and I am exhausted from being unable to sleep. I have my weekly appointment tomorrow, so will be talking to OB about where to go from here. I was just wondering if anyone else was dealing with something similar and had some advice in the meantime? I will most likely be induced anyway over the weekend because I am on blood thinners. By that time though, I will likely be a zombie lol...
