Are these braxton hicks?

My stomach tightens but not the whole stomach...just one small area. It gets hard and lasts about 30 seconds and then goes away. It's not really painful. Are these braxton hicks? Am I too early to be experiencing them?

I should add it usually happens in the evening. Maybe 5 or 6 times in a 4 hour period.
