FTM - Am I actually in Labor ???

I woke up at 3:26am with really bad contractions and pain. Like I had to poops/tightening/menstrual cramps all in one. So far they have been about 10 to 15 mins apart. Can this be early labor??

I have BH throughout so I know it's not just BH contractions.....

I can't even rest now, it was kicking my butt laying down..Now i'm pacing the house and waiting around....It's going to be a long night/day!! Any advice or guidance at this point?? TIA
