Getting a little jealous....anyone else

I'm 14 weeks and 4 days my bump is looking more like a roll.. First baby, only weighing about 102lbs. Could this be a reason to why I'm hardly showing. I've also had ms the entire pregnancy. Anyone else barely looking preggo???
